To ensure that every customer of ours is satisfied with service provided, we are strongly recommend to get familiar with Terms and Conditions.
1 - DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment.
2 - CANCELLATIONS
Cancel or reschedule for free at leat 72 hours prior to your appointment. All notices with less than 72 hours will result in deposit forfeit.
3 - Late Arrival / NO SHOW
More than 15 minutes late will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeit. NO-SHOW will be 100% charged.
